Maná's Alex Gonzalez Says Shows Will Have 'A Lot of Hidden Surprises'

Maná kicked off their Rayando El Sol Tour last month, this is the band's first tour in three years and drummer Alex Gonzalez called into On Air with Ryan Seacrest on Friday, September 13, to talk about making history and what fans can expect for this tour.

Maná is the first artist or band that will perform seven shows in same same year at The Forum in Los Angeles, since it was renovated and reopened in 2014.

"We broke Kanye West and the Eagles' record, but basically why the band wanted to do seven shows is to figure out which one you can go to," Alex joked with Ryan. "You gotta go to one, man!"

So what can fans expect on the Rayando el Sol Tour?

"For this tour is we brought back a lot of the old songs that we haven't played," Alex says. "Since there's going to be a lot people repeating some of the shows. We want to make sure that we mix up the setlist. So that people get to hear other songs."

"We have a lot of hidden surprises...so many," he adds.

Maná will play The Forum on September 20, 21, 22, then November 22, 23, 24, and December 7. Five of the seven shows are already sold out.
