Date Night! For our anniversary back in October, my baby got us FLOOR SEATS to the Kevin Hart show. I've loved everything about Kevin Hart for YEARS so she knew this meant a lot to me. This is a really crappy photo but they locked our phones away before the show so we couldn't take photos in the venue.
Kevin Hart has his own tequila, which my crazy ass went and bought. It's called Gran Coramino. I also snagged this custom cup and a nice t-shirt from the show.
We tried Raising Cane's for the first time and it was MID. Everyone that says it's fire, is exaggerating. Sorry, not sorry.
Shout out to Lucy, Savannah and Girl Scout Troop 18848 for suckering me into buying FOUR boxes of cookies. They were working hard at Cub to sell and they had this undeniable energy. And honestly... who can say no to Thin Mints?
We've tossed around this idea of starting a food pop up with Puerto Rican food because there is not one Puerto Rican cuisine spot in the Twin Cities. So we spent Sunday cheffing it up.
It's safe to say our food was a success! This is chicharrones (fried pork), arroz con gondules (rice with beans) and carne guisada (beef stew) and it was delicious. If we started a food truck named La Cocina de Leak - who would want to buy some?
